Sellers are now required to commission a Home Information Pack before marketing their property in most cases. We are able to prepare compliant Packs at a competitive price, whether there is a freehold or leasehold title to your property. The requirements are likely to change from the 1st June 2008 and we shall be fully conversant with the up-to-date changes.
An Energy Performance Certificate will have to be included in the Pack. We have formed relationships with qualified Domestic Energy Assessors who can be introduced to you. The Assessor's fee would be absorbed into our all inclusive fee which will initially include the Value Added Tax element.
One particular benefit of your Solicitor preparing a Home Information Pack is that there will be a seamless transition to submitting the draft Contract papers, once an acceptable offer has been made.
